Join us on Chacalilla Beach for a week of rest, exploration, and connection. Surrounded by the ocean and tropical landscape, you’ll have time to step away from daily demands and reconnect with yourself.


Each morning begins with Qi Gong, the 5 Prime Movements, and intuitive guidance on the beach. Throughout the week, explore breathwork, crystal sound baths, sacred geometry, and mandala creation through guided classes. These experiences offer ways to deepen awareness, connect with your intuition, and develop practices you can bring home.


There will also be plenty of time to swim, enjoy freshly prepared meals, receive bodywork, and connect with others. Our intention is for you to return home feeling rested, grounded, and clearer about what matters most to you.

Aligned Movement to Start Each Day

We will start each day on the beautiful sands of Chacalilla beach with Qi Gong and the 5 Prime Movements to align our energy fields with Earth and Cosmos and enhance our bodies' energy flow. This alignment will bring us into a state of equilibrium and harmony with our soul and the oneness of All That Is.  

We will also incorporate gentle stretching, breathwork, and Sacred Geometric movements to awaken the body, mind, and spirit.  

Connecting to Your Soul with Sound, Breath, and Sacred Geometry

Explore breath, sound, and sacred geometry through experiential classes that deepen awareness and support your connection with your Higher Self.

You’ll learn breathing techniques to settle your mind and become more receptive to inner guidance, along with ways to incorporate sound and sacred geometry into meditation. Daily crystal sound baths offer time to relax, release tension, and reconnect with your body.

Through guided meditation and movement, we’ll work with sacred geometric patterns to bring awareness to your chakras, explore your connection with Earth and cosmic energies, and focus your intentions.

Together, these practices offer ways to develop your intuition, explore your connection with spirit guides, and bring greater balance and clarity into daily life.

Delicious, High-Vibe Meals Prepared Fresh Each Day

Our chef, Lilly, will be preparing all of our meals each day. Each lovingly crafted meal will be highly nutritious, delicious, and supportive of our journey to create coherence in mind, body, and soul with the higher frequencies. Organic, local, fresh foods will be curated from the area for an authentic taste of our surroundings.


We came to Earth to evolve through physicality, to be the expressions of our Soul energy in form. In order to fully embody coherence with high-frequency energies, what we eat is really important. It's extremely beneficial to eat a diet that is clean, full of light, and vibrates in resonance with the frequencies we wish to match. During our time together in Chacala, our chef will be providing us with exactly that kind of diet.

Join Denise Sutter, intuitive artist and healing practitioner of EDen Soul Designs, for a gentle journey of reconnection through meditation and creative expression. Drawing upon her experience with energy healing and the transformative power of intuitive art, Denise guides participants into a deeper awareness of the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Through a calming guided meditation followed by intuitive mandala creation, you’ll explore how to move beyond the patterns of stress and protection and reconnect with your innate creativity, wisdom, and sense of wholeness. No artistic experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to explore. This is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and remember the beautiful essence of who you are.

Daily Schedule

Our days in Chacala are relaxed and spacious, with time for shared practices, exploration, and rest.

  • Morning beach practice: Qi Gong, the 5 Prime Movements, gentle stretching, and intuitive guidance

  • Breakfast

  • Free time for swimming, optional excursions, private sessions, massage, or exploring Chacala

  • Lunch

  • Experiential classes, sound baths, meditation, and breathwork

Shared Double Room: $2,900 (USD) per person
Private King Room: $3,700 (USD) per person

Your retreat includes accommodation, all meals and drinks served on site, daily movement practices, sound baths, experiential classes, and access to the grounds, pools, private beach, and beach club.


Airfare and airport transportation are additional. The shared van fee will be confirmed closer to arrival, based on the number of guests.

  • Gratuities for drivers, the chef, massage therapist, and cleaning staff. Suggested amounts will be provided.

    • Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations before November 15, 2026, receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations from November 15 through December 15, 2026, receive a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations after December 15, 2026, are non-refundable.

    • If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another participant with prior approval.

    Ángel Franco has practiced massage and bodywork since 2006, with training in therapeutic massage, reflexology, shiatsu, Thai massage, and Reiki. His work explores the relationship between physical tension, posture, and emotional well-being.

    During the retreat, Ángel will offer personalized bodywork focused on releasing muscle tension, supporting relaxation, and helping you feel more connected with your body.

    Founder of Eden Soul Designs •  Reiki Healer  •  Intuitive

    Denise Sutter is the founder of Eden Soul Designs and an energetic artist devoted to helping others connect with their soul through art and intuitive guidance. Her healing journey began with finding relief from anxiety through energy therapies and developed into a spiritual practice following a transformative retreat at Mount Shasta. There, she felt called to create pictorial soul readings that blend art, symbolism, and intuitive insight.

    Following the unexpected passing of her mother, Denise’s intuitive gifts deepened, and her art evolved into intricate mandalas created with metallic ink on black paper. Through these works, she offers individuals and groups opportunities for reflection, healing, and connection with their soul.

    Today, Denise creates personalized mandalas for individuals and businesses, supporting self-discovery, hope, and spiritual connection. Her work reflects her own healing journey and the courage it takes to grow through life’s challenges.


    Getting to Chacala

    Plan to arrive at Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR) on Saturday, February 20, 2027, by 4:00 p.m. A van will transport guests to Chacala. The transportation fee is additional and will be confirmed closer to the retreat, based on the number of guests sharing the ride.

    For your return flight, schedule departure from PVR on Saturday, February 27, 2027, after 12:00 noon.
